As our country prepares to celebrate Thanksgiving, it affords me the opportunity to reflect on the many things that Children’s Friend has to be thankful for.

In the hustle of everyday life, in the face of attacks on the agency and our work, when it seems that no one is making decisions based on what is best for our children, it is easy to forget that there are many positive things to be thankful for.

On behalf of Children’s Friend I am thankful for the strong foundation our predecessors created, for having 340 qualified and dedicated co-workers, for the support of thousands of donors and friends, and for the incredible leadership of our Board and Policy Council.
