We are currently putting the final touches on our 2010 budget. The budget will be presented to our Board this week.

Our budgeted revenue for 2010 will be over 22 million dollars, about double our 2009 budgeted revenue. It is amazing and important that we have been able to increase our capacity to serve during these very trying economic times for our families. Of course, we don’t measure success at Children’s Friend with budget numbers.

In 2010 we will invest 22 million dollars in providing effective and relevant services to as many vulnerable children and families as possible. Achieving positive documented outcomes for as many children as we can is the only real measure of success for us.
