You Can Help

December 08, 2010 ~
This winter we have an urgent need for warm clothing and coats for our children and families. Please consider donating gently used or new clothing to help keep the most vulnerable children and families of Rhode Island warm this winter.

If you would like to make a donation, please contact Bryan W. Ferguson, Director of Development, at bferguson@cfsri.org or at 401.276.4323.

There are countless ways to help Children's Friend make a difference in the lives of Rhode Island's most vulnerable children.

Donate something from our wish list to help low-income and foster families meet the needs of their children. Support our annual appeal or make a donation anytime throughout the year. Participate in or sponsor our Walk for Children, or our Investing In Our Children Luncheon. Visit Panera Bread and contribute to Operation Dough-Nation. Become a Foster Parent. Sponsor a family during our annual Spirit of Giving Holiday Drive. Give to the United Way. Include Children's Friend in your estate planning. Volunteer to organize a baby food drive or clothing drive for our kids. Volunteer to read to the children in our Child Care Center. Call us and suggest your own idea!

Thanks to an endowment that covers our administrative costs at Children's Friend, all contributions go directly to provide programs and services for needy children and families.
