Job Description

Title: Early Intervention Physical Therapist

Date of Opening:   5.4.09

Reports To: Program Manager

Qualifications: A minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a Board approved Physical Therapy program and professional license from the RI Department of Health

Duties:
Provide occupational therapy services to children, birth to three, with developmental delay, disabilities, and/or special health care needs in the home and/or community.  Work as member of a disciplinary team.

Location:  Central Falls
