Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Two – three years of professional experience in administrative support and data information systems. Must have strong organizational skills, computer skills and excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with staff, clients, visitors and Board members, as well as the ability to recognize and respect the need for confidentiality. Must have a valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance and a car to be used for work-related tasks. Must be fluent in Spanish and English and have the ability to support flexible hours, as needed.


Description: Assist the programmatic leadership in the administrative departmental tasks that ensure the timely and effective provision of services to clients, which may include, but is not limited to, processing referrals, outreach to clients, staff and referral sources, data entry, interpretation and other programmatic support. Assist the staff with their data and information needs by managing and disseminating data, designing queries and reports. Enter all assigned client related data into appropriate external and agency databases. Serve as a liaison to state funders, community agencies, third party payers and other external parties, to ensure effective, ongoing collaboration. Participate in agency and community committees, as needed.
