Description: Support staff in helping families promote the healthy growth and development of their child through coaching and reflective practice. Participate in program procedures including intake, assignment of cases, and the utilization of a multidisciplinary team for evaluations and program services. Coordinate service delivery including those with outside vendors and practitioners. Ensure proper maintenance of records and the timely completion of required reports.
Qualifications: Highest degree applicable to the profession/discipline such as Masters in Social Work, Masters in Speech and Language Therapy, BA in Early Childhood Education or Special Education, BS in Nursing, BS in Physical Therapy, BS in Occupational Therapy and appropriate state licensure. Must have at least 3 years of experience working with young children and families, including knowledge of or experience with disabilities. Must have current license as required by individual’s profession. Must have driver’s license, automobile, and appropriate insurance levels.
