Work with families supporting, educating, encouraging, empowering and advocating for their views and choices. Support family stabilization through linking the family to natural resources, support and community services that are culturally competent and responsive. Provide parent education, including those associated with regulations/laws that support the rights of individuals and families,

At least a High School diploma and a minimum of two years’ experience with the fostering a child and/or caring for a medically fragile child; Knowledge and skills needed to effectively support other  caregivers. Must have a valid driver’s license, required insurance liability limits, and a car to be used for work related tasks.
