Description: This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Programs and Operations, serves as a part of the vice presidents team and coordinates organization wide efforts to ensure data driven linkages between human capital, performance management, and ongoing strategic imperatives. Provide overall vision and leadership to the agency’s human capital effectiveness through integration of workforce planning, talent acquisition, on-boarding, performance management/analytics, employee relations and succession planning. Develop and lead a talent management strategy; a talent acquisition strategy; employee engagement and retention initiatives; strategies aimed at maintaining a healthy workplace culture; and a salary-setting process and compensation strategy. Advise the VP team on full range of human capital management and implement strategies for new policies and process to affect defined organizational outcomes and mitigate risk.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (Masters Preferred) in human resource, business management or organizational development with SHRM certification or equivalent preferred. Supervisory and Leadership experience required with a minimum of ten years in human capital management or related area. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable automobile, and auto insurance.
