Support Home Visiting Programs With a Few Simple Clicks

The federal authorization that supports evidence based home visiting for young at-risk children, Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV), expires on September 30, 2017. Unless Congress acts to extend, these services will come to an end.

In Rhode Island this federal funding is used to provide programs such as Nurse Family Partnership, Healthy Families America, and Parents as Teachers, to our youngest and most vulnerable kids and their families.
Please take a moment to advocate for a reauthorization of the federal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting program. Click below to visit the Child Welfare League of America’s Action Center to add your voice in support of our youngest and most vulnerable kids.
