Family Care Community Partnership
The Family Care Community Partnership (FCCP) is a collaboration with Family Service of RI, Comprehensive Community Action Program, Center for Southeast Asians, and Tides Family Services to provide ‘High Fidelity Wraparound’ services to:
- Families at risk of abuse, neglect, placement or DCYF involvement
- Families with a child or youth who have been diagnosed with a mental health or developmental issue
- Families with a youth exiting from the RI Training School
Services include assessment, linkages to community resources, and ‘wrap’ intervention designed to strengthen the family and their ability to utilize natural and community supports. Services are provided in the home and community.
